Shipping policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to dozens of customers across the WORLD, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Delivery Times:
Your purchases come from all over the world. Because of this, they may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery within Australia can range from 5-10 business days depending on your location (Does not deliver on Weekends or holidays) and has no specific guaranteed delivery time. International delivery can range from 7-12 business days to arrive.
Due to differing international customs processes, we cannot be held liable for any packages shipped via this method once it has left our warehouse.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, production time, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which could take an additional three to seven days.
Tracking & Notifications:
We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your delivery status on our track your order page.
Additional Information:
In some cases, we may elect to use a shipping method which requires a signature upon receipt, based on the total value of your order.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, nelohome will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with nelohome via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
Public Holidays:
Please note: Shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible and to continue to offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery before considering cancelling your order.
International Shipping Information:
For standard international orders, we have elected to use the most affordable shipping prices through priority mail international.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow three to seven business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
I have entered an incorrect address!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via the contact form. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
